Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
The Center for Human Rights Justice and Peace uses and encourages the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve civil disputes between parties. This method of dispute resolution is an alternative to litigation. It saves time, cost and preserves relationships between parties after the dispute is resolved.
